You know those people who come into your life and simply make you feel good by just being in their presence? Bridget is one of those people. Her positive, calming energy radiates throughout everything she does and her online membership, The Truest You Collective is a wonderful example of just how passionate she is about helping others to live and love their lives.
I have been faced with questions that have asked me to dig deep within and at times it has been confronting. But these are the questions that we all need and should be asking ourselves in order to live a life that is fully aligned with our values. A life that we can look back upon and be truly proud.
I am now equipped with the tools and knowledge I need to deal with the bumps in the road that life inevitably has in store for us but thanks to Bridget I am now better able to manage overwhelm. I’m kinder to myself and my mind has been open to many new lessons that will be referred to when the need arises. I really can’t recommend TTYC highly enough, Bridget is a breath of fresh air and we all need more of that in our lives.

I started working with Bridget in the Truest You Collective when I was in a place of high anxiety with young children and trying to run my business. I was overwhelmed, having trouble sleeping and focusing. When I started to work through the framework, it was laid out in a way that was easy to follow and helped me to understand where my sources of overwhelm were coming from and what stories I had been telling myself. Even with the understanding of this alone I saw an immense shift in myself.
From there, working on changing my habits and learning to stand up for my needs and knowing what I need has been so beneficial. Bridget has a beautiful and calming nature that will help you to overcome your overwhelm. I would recommend to anyone who is feeling like life is getting on top of them!

Initially, I had a couple of one-on-one sessions with Bridget, and just from those two sessions, I reached a goal I had been mulling over (but never progressed with) for months. So when she launched TTYC, I jumped straight in, and I am soooo glad I did.
Bridget’s framework is clearly set out, and broken down into modules, which are composed of manageable-sized steps, which you can work through at your own pace. I look forward to the time I spend working through the framework, as each time I do, I learn something more about myself, and these learnings are having positive flow on effects on my life. I feel more calm and at ease, more motivated, have more confidence, believe in myself, and have a greater sense of contentment in my life.
I also love the TTYC’s private Facebook group, which provides even more content to complement the framework, including chats with guest speakers, live coaching calls, and monthly Power Starts (I love doing these each month, as they provide prompts to think about things I would like to get out of my month).
It’s also a space where members can learn from each other, support each other, and celebrate our wins together. No matter what you are wanting to achieve or improve in your life, whether it be work related or personal, I can’t recommend TTYC and working with Bridget highly enough.
Bridget has helped me in every aspect of my day-to-day life. She has helped me to be more gentle on myself and taught me that it's OK to make time for myself and concentrate on positive thinking. She has always been there to listen and is so accepting and non-judgmental of anything I say. I feel so comfortable to speak about any aspect of my life knowing that she is trustworthy and respectful of my words.
Without Bridget and her kindness and guidance I would still be left in circling confusion. She has helped me to see my potential, be more clear on my values and praise my little wins in life, I will be forever grateful. I have to say, I wasn’t sure what to expect going into my session with Bridget. I have a lot of life stuff going on that takes a lot to explain to people, but Bridget listened patiently and took it all in before trying to suggest anything, understood my limitations and took them into account. It was like talking to an old friend. Highly recommend booking in if you have the opportunity.
Bridget as a person, is one of the most calm, compassionate and authentic people you will ever meet. She listens without judgement and is genuinely interested in where you are on your journey. Bridget doesn't push advice or practices onto you, but instead communicates in a way that makes you feel like you have the answers and are in control. Sometimes you just need someone to ask you the right questions. This is truly a gift.
I had the honour of joining Bridget's Women's Circle and it was honestly something I would like to incorporate into my calendar as much as possible. The space was filled with supportive and like minded people (along with the most beautiful gifts for each of us). Bridget took us through meditations and had us look over our life in a way I have not done before. I got a lot out of the circle and will 100% be back at the next one. I would also like to add that Bridget's meditations are easy to follow, calming and take me back to my centre. They are perfect for people who have been meditating for 2 years or 2 minutes, anyone can do them.
If you are considering a session with Bridget, I would highly recommend it. Take a moment out of your life to get back onto the road you know you are meant to be on. Bridget will help you get there. I can't thank her enough for the support she has given me.

I had the pleasure of taking part in a session on Core Values delivered by Bridget recently. I was impressed with her knowledge and understanding of the topic, and in particular the practical activities we completed.
